This Residence Inn is pretty ho-hum compared with others we've stayed in recently. The bed sheets and mattress pad kept coming off the King Sized bed all night long and it was rather noisy with I-40 right outside our window. Clean, OK, but not terrific for the price. The manager and her assistant act like college soroity sisters resulting in much disfunction in the hotel. Tipping is encouraged resulting in preferential treatment of some guests. On one trip the room was so filthy, it took a housekeeper two hours to get it cleaned from a dog that had been in the room. We will no longer stay here! More
