“NIce Hotel Nice Staff”

I spend a night in this hotel. Assistant general manager upgraded us to a suite and suite was nice, clean, and plenty of space.Clean and state of the art shower. Will stay here again even without upgrade lol. Great location.

This was the second Fairfield we have stayed in on the current trip. The first was in Carlsbad, NM and was quite pleasant. This Austin property did not measure up. “Excellent Staff, Nice and clean rooms”

My experience here was awesome! I came here for a large city-wide conference and this was a true respite from my busy day. This appears to be an older property but it is well-preserved and many parts seemed newly renovated. I will return to this hotel during next year's conference.

“Exceptional front desk”

We had a mixup about our reservation and even though it was my error, they went above and beyond to help fix it. Kelcey from the front desk provided exceptional service and it was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend.

This hotel staff was amazing. From the front desk to the housekeepers and maintenance. Everyone was always so friendly and helpful. Will def stay here again. “Great stay for a wedding weekend”

I was in a wedding party and all the guests and family stayed here. The rooms were clean and bright and surprisingly spacious. The breakfast area was also large enough to accommodate the dozens of wedding guests who were filtering in and out each morning. The only down side was that it is not in the heart of the action....
