“Excellent People at Residence Inn, North Austin”

They have been like family to me. I enjoyed staying there. Whenever I ask for something they go extra miles to get it done for me. The food is also wonderfull. they have a better selection than any other places. I know, I am going to miss them.

“General Manager totally puts the 'hospitality' in the hospitality business!”

Rooms were clean and in great condition. Complimentary breakfast was good; variety was amazing. But the thing that truly stood out during our stay was the phenomenal service/attention we got from the general manager. He was personable and helpful without being pushy or insincere. I would recommend anyone staying in Austin to stay here!

“Residence Inn, 12401 North Lamar - Austin”

It’s nice staying there with helping and friendly people at front desk, Risa (front desk) helped to explore the places around and was so helping. And the spacious rooms with full kitchen, the great service they provide. You can walk around the small lake just near the hotel. I like this place and it’s my second stay at this place.

I stayed here for three months in room 406 everything was great i felt home away from home i trave alot but to be honest staff was great Risa alway toke care of me everytime i lost a key she would make new one with a smile will be missed hope to see you guys again

risa the check in clerk gave me good service my whole stay , and she offered us good service the food during afternoon was great plus they serve full breakfast in the morning what else can you ask for? .i loved it EVERYONE YOU SHOULD STAY HERE ITS THE BEST!! Risa is so beautiful love her!!!

We were very well recieved at the Residence Inn. We had just left a very bad hotel because of the unsanitary and loud rally going on outside.
