“Surprisingly Excellent”

I was promptly checked into a room that was clean, and comfortable. I was well taken care of and had only a small issue with the shower curtain which was fixed immediately. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the round rock area. It is conveniently located to I-35 and SH-45 which is perfect to get around.... More

“Just perfect for overnight (long) stay as the amenities are adequately provided.”

We halted at this place on our trip to Austin and our start although brief but it was just amazing. As we reached the place jaded all we looked for comfort and basic necessities, this place ensures the same in every way. If you are looking for a pleasant stay without shelling out big bucks then its extended stay America!

“Awesome!!”

Our stay was pleasant. Very clean rooms, the pillows and beds were so comfy. The staff was friendly....I understood every word they said. There was even several high schoolers staying there for track and we didn't hear a word. I was not worried about my car at all. Great stay!!!

I love staying at this hotel. The place was clean. The staff was friendly. The room was very nice. However, I hated how LOUD the air conditioner was. Aside from that, I loved it and would recommend others to stay here.

Due to SXSW the closest we could stay to Austin for a reasonable price was the Extended Stay - Round Rock South. It was about a 20 minute drive on I-35 and we had no problems getting to/from. I booked a room with this hotel on 12/24/2011 for a 3 night stay from 11/16/2012 - 11/19/2012. This was for the inaugural Formula One race at Circuit of the Americas so I knew hotel rooms would sell out quickly and prices would increase exponentially. My experience was very good with this hotel.I have been staying here since 2 months and I am very happy here..For any problems in the room,action was taken immediately when I notified them..Even the front desk people were very friendly.And of course internet was little slow while watching videos.
