We stayed one night at the Hilton (the first time) and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and the hotel Is huge, with a separate building for smokers and you can bring your pet. The bed was so confortable and the decor was top notch. Great stay at the Hilton. More

Loved it...they put me into the Retreat section which is new and must say the room was fabulous. I was on the first floor with a patio and view of the pond..mini kitchen, fabulous jacuzzi and gorgeous all around...Julie at the front desk was wonderful...professional, kind and total pro. The room was not sound proof.People were sitting on the floors outside the rooms smoking and talking loudly. There was a big charge if you smoked in your nonsmoking room so this is how they handled it. Very loud people in hallways at 5am to 6am . I was here with my husband who was attending a conference. Really nice property.. We had never seen such a huge bathtub.. No jets.. Just big tub!! We were on the 30th floor.. I attended a New Years Eve event at this hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful, but service, professionalism and hospitality at the hotel were poor. This was our 5th year celebrating Thanksgiving at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center. The hotel is great for family celebrations and reunions.
