I am a retired road warrior and was completely satisfied with every aspect of my stay at this property. From check in until my check out 4 days later there is not one negative thing I can say about the facility and staff.

I usually stay at the Hilton a block over, but this was a nice change. The hotel is nice, clean and can save money for the complimentary breakfasts. Absolutely impossible to get through to the billing department to get a copy of the bill!! It's and endless circle of holding, getting through to the front desk, being put on hold for billing, being re-routed. Customer no-service!!!!!

Very easy walk across the street from King Street Metro station, good place to work from and entertain with free bus service and lots of places to eat and drink. Hotel offers free shuttle as well. Restruant in hotel offers free wine with dinner. Much cheaper to stay there on weekend so does get the business traveler nailed on cost..but... More

Stayed here last year and was amazingly disappointed. Tried them again and they have turned the place around. Good service, clean, and friendly. Perfect location to jump on the metro across the street to get anywhere you want to go in DC. It was truly a pleasure.
