I held a small cocktail party for my husband's birthday here in December 2011. Victoria, Ian and the entire catering staff did a fabulous job. They made us and our guests feel right at home which is exactly what I wanted. The food (all gluten free) and service were first rate. I highly recommend holding any event here.

Fabulous experience! Everyone was warm and welcoming. The room was comfortable, charming, & clean and had a wonderful vibe. Service was incredible, everyone was attentive and tried to anticipate your every desire and make it possible. Many restaurant and shops right outside your door. What really makes this place though is the warm staff and their amazing attention to detail.

Simply an outstanding hotel. Great ambience. Staff is friendly and efficient. Rooms are comfortable, although it is best to avoid the rooms on the first floor (below the lobby level). Terrific location with many excellent restaurants in walking distance. Very comfortable lounge and bar. The staff will go the extra mile to be helpful if needed.

I stayed here for one night while on a business trip to the area and found the service and rooms excellent on all accounts. The hotel is very well located and central for easy walking downtown and to many shops and eating spots. I will likely stay here again in the future, well recomended.
