The Hotel does not look great BUT it is conveniently located (close to the lovely Potomac River), easily connected with washington DC through the shuttle and the Metro (for those like me who do not have a car). Above all, the staff is very professionnal and courteous. Jean More

I have stayed at this hotel four times now, each time for business. It's a great location with a free shuttle from Reagan National and to downtown Alexandria, King Street.
