It is a hotel built in the 70's, not well kept at all, but with a, Great location, Great view, Great compound, Very nice staff, Very nice pool area, Fitness /SPA is poor to nothing. “Beautiful views”

The rooms are comfortable and large with incredible views of the ocean below. The king-size bed and pillows were very comfortable although the other furnishings in the room seemed quite old. Good buffet at the restaurant. Location is not convenient for seeing local attractions. Overall, a comfortable stay.

We booked through Expedia and read many reviews before making a decision hence we had a reasonable idea for the hotel. The only good thing about the hotel is the view and maybe the pool. The rooms are dirty and old, the beds are not good, television is a joke (only open channels with the bad transmission). “Nice hotel”

Nice, traditional hotel, very good facilities, service, etc. Swimming pool area is very nice to chill out, but drink prices are outrageous...Bedroom very confy, ours had a wonderful view to the ocean and to the lighthouse (amazing). Breakfast was delicious, location is ok, but a bit out of the way for most attractions.

“Everything is good in Salvador!”

The Bahia Othon Palace has a very nice view to the sea...in the room and in the swimming pool. The swimming pool is realy good (large) and it was nice to be there and take some drinks. The staff is kind but there are busyall the time.
