We had a great weekend at this B and B. Staying in the Turret room exceeded our expectations and was maintained well. We were received warmly by the owner, who accommodated our dietary requests for breakfast. If I return to appleton, I'd stay here again!

We were in town to see a show at the performing arts center. The inn was within walking distance of the theater as well as a plethora or options for dinner. Judy was extremely friendly and accommodating from the moment we checked in until we left. I would recommend this B&B.

We came to visit our daughter in Appleton. She had made arrangements for us to stay at Franklin Street B and B. Sleeping and bathing space was all we needed. It worked great as we were just a few blocks from out daughter's home. I clicked excellent on the value rating because our daughter paid:):)

What a wonderful bed and breakfast just a couple of blocks from Lawrence University and downtown Appleton! It was a joy to see a 19th century Victorian house restored with so much detail. The room and furnishings are gorgeous and the breakfast (made by the owner) was to die for! You won't be disappointed.

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating our anniversary at the Franklin St. Inn. Judy is a wonderful host, the service and food were great. The inn is within walking distance of some wonderful restruants and a short drive to many more. We stayed in The Franklin Suite ,which was extremely luxurious and made it easy to enjoy our stay.

This is an amazing Bed and Breakfast. We enjoyed the Turret Suite with it's Royal touches. It was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Judy was a gracious host and her cooking was fantastic. We enjoyed an onsite massage. Delightful!
