The internet did not work, the manager was unprepared to attend our needs and worst did not know the rules of Accor about solve problems or be a guest (present in all publicity material available in the hotel). The low price do not worth the terrible service and bad location.

The access (direction downtown to hotel) is very complicated and longer, because I have to drive more less 02(two) Kilometers to return, and cost of fuel and way to get hotel becomes not interesting (not atractive), therefore, other thing are so nice. I will recommend this hotel to a friend with RESTRICTIONS (e.g distance, return to hotel).

Ibis Betim is located in the suburbs of Belo Horizonte, which is a little far away if you don't have a car. Hotel Ibis standard, far away from everything, with the expected chain quality. No surprises, a good spot for overnight nothing else. No bars, restaurants other than the in house one. You need a car or expensive taxi to get down town for a standard to up scale meal
