The receptionist Augusto is the person to watch and to speak to! He is young and is the only English-speaking man on the reception. And he is doing his job very professional.
Of course, everybody was friendly (both hotel staff and locals) and Joao Pessoa is beautiful town beside the Atlantic Ocean, but if you are not familiar with Portuguese...
