poor standards under staff under trained staff i had lost my personal items and hotel did not take any action and pretended ,their staff has no coutrsey and not worth the dollar amount spending .not recommened more

It was the worse experience ever. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff are not respectful. Management is very weak. Rooms are very dirty . The only thing they do to make you feel better is saying "I'm so sorry, Sir" . The facilities are charged . Things disappear from the rooms. Be careful! more

Good for kids and work. Only hotel in Rio with direct beach access. Nice beach too... Kids, drinks by pool, meeting rooms are all fine. Some upgrading needed here and there. The bathroom was the highlight of this hotel. Mine featured a bathtub - which I absolutely adore in a hotel. The moisturizer was better than the one I brought from home. There were plenty of towels, plus a bathrobe, a salon-worthy hairdryer, a beauty kit with nail file, Q-tips and cotton balls, a bidet and a magnifying mirror. Absolutely wonderful.... more
