I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was clean, good location, great breakfast, and did I mention clean? No complaints whatsoever. Staff was moderately friendly- didn't go out of their way but also was helpful when you asked. Free wi-fi was a plus! More

This hotel is 5 mins walk to both Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. Shops, bars etc also walking distance. The hotel reception was under contruction when we were there but not a problem. Staff were very friendly on the door, some of the reception staff could be warmer! Rooms are noisy, exp if its stormy, windows rattle! Pool is very small. More

I use this hotel quite often. The location midway between Ipanema and Copacabana beaches is ideal. The hotel average...and the service mediocre, both front desk and reservations. Still, a reasonably priced hotel in this area is almost impossible to find so I'll probably be back unless i find somewhere better thro tripadvisor. More

I stayed here for 3 nights in December 2010. The hotel was very comfortable. The location was good - not right on the beach, but only a 5 minute walk to either Copacabana Beach or Ipanema Beach. There are lots of restaurants nearby. You can get beach towels and umbrellas at the front desk. The included breakfast buffet was good.... More
