Excellent location in the center of Leblon and less than 5 minutes walk from the beaches. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and quiet. Too bad about the rest ... the building is currently in renovation, the lifts are small and slow and the place is simply badly managed.

We recently stayed at this property in November of 2012. They are in the process of remodeling the elevators and also the plumbing. The elevators are small and very slow. The hotel has working in progress so it doesn't help a structure which is not that great in itself. The elevators are used by workers so you wait a long time to go up and down. The breackfast room and food isn't at the level should be in such a hotel. The only good thing is the location.....
