i spend a week and i had a great time in this hotel. the location is great, easy to go everywhere but you must have a car or a taxi because even close, is hard to walk in the city. i just found out they had a swimming pool on the second floor in my check out.

We had an Event going on there. Events Staff Awesome! But we did had an delay for the coffee break time. And we had too much noise from the ballroom on our side. F&B team was ok. Good housekeeping. Front desk fine.

Location is OK, near large avenues, but you can catch a taxi to malls or restauransts nearby easily. Rooms are outdated and needs to immediately renovated. I was put first on a handicap room, which had a very bad bathroom, but I was moved to a regular room, which was slightly better. My view was the neighbor's hospital parking lot.... More

Good hotel, with a large room and clean. When I stayed in this hotel was hot and central air conditioning was turn off. The staff reported that it wasn't possible turn on because Porto Alegre is a city of cold weather!

Reasonably clean; a little worn around the edges. Problems with wifi access; The food is pretty good; the pool reasonable.

Average standard hotel. Good location. Clean. Good breakfast. Not very good wifi access in the rooms.
