We went there to see a Jamiroquai concert in the nearby Credicard Hall, and we don't regret that, especially for the convenience of getting the tickets earlier in the concert day without lines. After flying from Europe to Brazil, i was not expecting a line of 30 min to make check in at the hotel...Only 1 staff. Rooms are quite comfortable but quite old. Most likely will not stay there again, but might be a good choice if need to go to the US embassy.

I stayed in this hotel with my wife, after a concert in the city. The location was good, the overall service too. The room was kind of old, and some birds were making a nest in the air conditioner machine, outside the room window. The price is very high, for a "normal" room.

Quite ok hotel, friendly, but slow, service. Big rooms, nice shower. Excelent breakfast. Location is very good if your business is in the region, otherwise not nice.

Rooms are quite old and poorly maintained. Carpet is especially dirty. Certainly in need of periodic steam cleaning. Bedding, however, is of good quality. Also, free WIFI among fastest I have experienced for free hotel WIFI. Restaurant generally offers buffet food selections of acceptable, although not notable, quality and selection.
