This a well located hotel. The breakfast has several options. The room are larger than the typical hotel room. On the same block there is a supermarket, a bakery and several restaurants and bars. The nearest airport is Congonhas (about USD 20 by taxi).

I stay the weekend before a business trip to Sao Paulo, and I got recommended the hotel, is located in a quite neighborhood, you can walk to ave. Paulista from the hotel (10 minutes), safe place to walk and many bars around The apparment is renovated, spacious, and cleaned.

COnsidering this is a Mercure, that one is quite ok. Eventhough MErcure belongs to Accor Group this is mostly independant owners and there is not that much quality standard - then, big descrepancies from one to another. Stayed here for two weeks on a business trip. Nice, modern two-room suites with comfortable bed, refrigerator and microwave. No bathtub. Hardwood floors can echo with sounds in the hallway or outside. My biggest gripe is the fact that the internet is slow to non-existant.
