It seems to have a shortage of staff to perform the basic comfort amenities.
Bath tap was dripping, shower varying the temperature during the bath, very few kitchen utensils.
Smell from the restaurant invades the entire building!

Located in a residential neighborhood, minutes walking from italian restaurants, bakeries and a large shopping mall. Easy access to the central airport and main roads. For Sao Paulo's standards the area is considered "safe". Rooms are large, free internet and nice restaurant. Good value. Many good restaurants and amenities nearby (all within a couple of minutes walking). Then there is the proximity to the MOEMA shopping mall (five minutes on foot).
Nice patio, but of the wait staff of the restaurant can do with a "gurmpiness" check though - did not seem he really liked his job...maybe he just had a couple...
