Kept Sofitel's nice style. Internet and room service slow. Dont understand why they dont upgrade these. But all the atendees are very polited. The hotel is clean, quite stylish and offers a good deal in terms of cost. Not so far from Congonhas.

Check in is fast. People treat you well. All very professional. The rooms are great, clean and spacious. Location is also a differential. The bathroom had some issues like a shower knob breaking off the wall. But, overall, pretty good. Breakfast is good, but too expensive.

This former 5* Sofitel in SP has seen better times before being downgraded to Grand Mercure. Rooms are spacious but maintenance is on the low side.
