We had hot chocolate here several times and it was always served by a friendly waitress. Lots of cream piled high in a tall glass! They serve THE MOST DELICIOUS GARLIC BREAD. The homemade soups are delicious and very reasonable. I had brocolli with blue cheese and it was fab.

Lovely hotel, great location, delicious food, but ruined by some really rude staff!!!! In particular Tsveti behind the bar and ivailo the waiter, who were rude, unhelpful and unwelcoming !!! I would come back and recommend this hotel if the above named staff improved their customer service !!!
