We went in July 2012 and stayed for 5 days. The hotel is very well placed near the ruins and and old chursh in the old town. Very nice staff, beautiful rooms, cosy and elegant. The breakfast was standard with a little change from one day to another. They have a great cook ! Everything we ordered was fantastic, and... More

Enjoyed my stay at the royal palace the rooms are nice and the beds are so comfy i wanted to take the goose fether pillow home, the restuarant staff are friendly especially the young blond lady who speaks very good English, didn't enjoy the cold breakfast but the food in the restuarant is good.

We stayed at the Nessebar Royal Palace for 4 nights in august The hotel is located in the center of the old town. It has an excellent location to visit the town, but it is a bit tricky to get there by car. You need a pass to open the entrance barrier to the town. To do so you must... More

This hotel costs about 77 euros / night for two in July, which is a bit pricey for Bulgaria but maybe not for the coast. Rooms at the front and back have good views - one of the old church and courtyard, the other of the black sea. Buffet breakfast wasn't very good though - and they didn't replenish the... More

The hotel isn't cheap at all, but you really do get what you pay for. The service was perfect, the room gorgeous, the food excellent, and the location rather majestic. We spent a wonderful time in Nessebar, and had some help from the staff when our car overheated. They even helped translate when we called the rental company to complain.... More

Maybe we got lucky with our Bulgarian trip, but every hotel we stayed in was good, including this one. It is very clean and modern, breakfast was good with plenty of fresh fruit and coffee, and the girls who work at the front desk are extremely friendly and helpful. It's situated right in the middle of the old town and,... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night during a visit to Nessebar. The lady in reception had excellent customer service skills and spoke very good English. Although parking spaces at the hotel are limited there was ample parking nearby at a reasonable price. The bedroom was nicely furnished, however the bathroom was on the small side.... More

Perfect location in the middle of old town with a view of the bay. Surrounded by ruins, small pretty shops, coffees and restaurants with Delicious traditional food. Walking around day and night is safe and very enjoyable. Unique place and one of my favourite in Bulgaria. Must visit

The hotel is located in the historic town, surrounded by ruins, from the balcony you could have a beautiful view of the bay. It is surrounded by many restaurants with great traditional food, a lot of shops, with silver objects, ceramics, folk art from the Balkans. When evening comes, the little town is spoiled by the sea breeze. We listened... More
