Enjoyed my stay at the royal palace the rooms are nice and the beds are so comfy i wanted to take the goose fether pillow home, the restuarant staff are friendly especially the young blond lady who speaks very good English, didn't enjoy the cold breakfast but the food in the restuarant is good.

The hotel isn't cheap at all, but you really do get what you pay for. The service was perfect, the room gorgeous, the food excellent, and the location rather majestic. Perfect location in the middle of old town with a view of the bay. Surrounded by ruins, small pretty shops, coffees and restaurants with Delicious traditional food. Walking around day and night is safe and very enjoyable. Unique place and one of my favourite in Bulgaria. Must visit
