This was my third trip to this hotel. Check in couldn't be any quicker. The staff is so friendly! But, those wonderful huge rooms are such a surprise! The large flat screen tv is so very nice! The Hyatt Place is a great deal and I hated to leave! more

This was our second time staying at the Hyatt Place in Birmingham...we will not stay anywhere else. The price, room, location and service are wonderful!!! We have stayed at Grand Hyatts where the rooms and hotel are more luxurious with additional amentities but the service at the Hyatt Place is just as top notch as it is at Grand Hyatts!!! more

Upon checking in the gentlemen at the counter was very friendly, courteous and helpful.
