“Surprise reprieve in travel nightmare”

“Great hotel, downtown location, limited tourism”

Modern, clean hotel with many ammenities, most comfortable to stay in. Unfortunately, downtown Guayaquil has become very seedy. The receptionist and staff warn about a great deal of petty crime, do not take Taxis unless they are hailed by the Hotel, be very careful to only walk in well lit streets and were there are crowds, so it makes this... “Fortunate they had availability”

Because the flight I was on had an emergency landing, the airline put us up at this hotel. The customer service was excellent, the room well appointed, and the meals offered were great value. I would come back and stay here again.

“Absolutely fantastic!”

Very nice hotel in walking distance of lots of attractions. Our room was very nice and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff, they looked after our baggage for the day while we waited for our flight. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful, kept us going all day! I wold highly recommend this hotel.

“Nice Hotel, Good Location”

Very nice downtown hotel. Not the greatest location, busy street, but close to the Malacon. Food was very good. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. The restaurant is small, but the food and service was great.

“Good hotel in great location”

The Palace Hotel is in a perfect location, close to the Malecon 2000, Iguana Park, restaurants and shopping. Santa Ana Hill is also a walking distance. “Comfortable and well-located hotel.”

The Palace Hotel is right in the middle of everything. It's close to the riverfront, shops and main tourist sites. The staff are very helpful, the rooms are comfortable, breakfasts are tasty and the airport transfers went off without a hitch. An excellent place to stay for a few days and explore Guayaquil.
