The hotel was adequate - decent sized room and amenities. We asked for a non-smoking room, but someone had obviously smoked in it. We were promptly changed to another room - they were very accommodating. The receptionist spoke good English and the other staff were not as versed. “Great hotel, downtown location, limited tourism”

Modern, clean hotel with many ammenities, most comfortable to stay in. Unfortunately, downtown Guayaquil has become very seedy. “Fortunate they had availability”

Because the flight I was on had an emergency landing, the airline put us up at this hotel. The customer service was excellent, the room well appointed, and the meals offered were great value. I would come back and stay here again.

“Absolutely fantastic!”

Very nice hotel in walking distance of lots of attractions. Our room was very nice and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff, they looked after our baggage for the day while we waited for our flight. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful, kept us going all day! I wold highly recommend this hotel.

“Nice Hotel, Good Location”

Very nice downtown hotel. Not the greatest location, busy street, but close to the Malacon. Food was very good. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. The restaurant is small, but the food and service was great.
