Neemrana’s 'Noble Homes' believe that you don’t have to build one home each by a river, the sea, or in the mountains. You can just get the keys to stylish, running homes which you can step into and call your own. And it isn’t always easy to find such amazing locations as where these Noble Homes are located! Located at the mouth of the Zuari river in Siridao, Cabana Dempo is Neemrana's second Noble Home in Goa, and has the most ideal location, facing the sea. You can see the fishing boats and the fishermen’s shacks from the verandah in front of the three rooms and literally step down onto the sand beach! The rooms are well appointed with modern amenities and bathrooms. There is plenty of space to read in the lounges, the dining room, or outdoors in the verandah. You can also laze around or swim indoors in a covered pool. Cabana Dempo is owned by the Dempo family of Goa which is one of the oldest families of Goa. They were landlords and controlled the coconut trade from the 16th to the 19th Century. They also had large Cargo Sail Ships which sailed from Goa to the African Ports of Portuguese origin such as Mozambique and Angola in the Indian Ocean. The rooms have been named after three large ships that were owned by the Dempo family: Darya Daulat, Amizad and Pongai.
