I had stayed for 3 nights and the room was excellent. Good value for money paid for room and house keeping was extremely good. Good parking area and good hospitality. Worth for money. Balcony view was nice and near by shops for quicker access.

When we reached munnar,it happened to stay at JAYS.We were looked after well and guided to visit various places of munnar. We enjoyed the balcony view and the munnar climate, we enjoyed the most, sitting at the balcony.

Stayed one night, 21 december. The rooms are fine, reasonably clean and hot water. The power went out intermittently during our stay (contrary to another review). The cost for a double, Rs. 2100, was not a good value given the uncomfortable beds, the REALLY noisy street, no breakfast, and old, mildewy bathroom. You could certainly do better for your money.

Jays Tourist home was very good as far as hotel services go. Clean room, hot water and helpful people. However, this was booked by the travel agent; I would not have chosen it if I knew better.
