+++ point ===> heart of the city but peaceful...., good service....., budget rats but good rooms................................. - - - point=== => no hot water for 24 hours only morning 2 hours.......

We arrived at River View having pre-booked a twin room via Cleartrip. The room offered only had a double bed. When we told management that we required 2 beds they said it was not possible and proceeded, after an hours wait, to show us a family room which did have 2 beds for which they required an extra R600 per... More

hotel is very good & pleasant stay.No disturbances of vehicle movements . Quality of service is good.but the restaurant food is very bad. It is not worth paying for that quality..Hotel is little far from market..Good to start early morning from hotel & come back later evening.

river view is an amazing place to stay in kodaikanal.rooms are clean and well equipped. biggest comfort was the ultra clean and hygenic bathroom. hotel restaurant is good for breakfast,rather than running anywhere else.hotel is bit far from main market but one can always heir taxi or walk enjoying the weather of kodaikanal.will recommend this if accompanied by female traveller.... More
