There is no doubt the rooms are spotlessly clean with a welcome water bottle there, some fruit in the common area. Very kind staff. Proaxtively provides all meaningful information about what to visit. They were helpful to rent bikes for the kids and set up a tuk tuk. Rooms are very clean, good mattress and good breakfast. Walking distance to temples. Bottom line, very good value.
