We arrived having chosen Cookies on Salad beach because we liked the beach and the look of the resort and we were not disappointed. Cookies is built into the hills in a sensitive and charming way, unlike some of the larger resorts that have been built on beautiful Salad beach. It has the most spectacular view of the beach, and... more

Stayed at Cookies for 2 nights over Christmas and absolutely loved this place! Salad beach is truly beautiful, arguably the best on the island, and we had an amazing view of it from our balcony and window... The restaurant at Cookies is very good - the food is presented well and tastes great! There are also a couple of nice... more

We travelled from Heathrow to Bangkok, Bangkok to Samui and Samui to Phangan with out stopping (27 hours), it was tough but when we arrived here it was totally worth it. We had Room 1 pool/beach front bungalow for 12 fabulous days and nights. You can be lying in bed while looking at the sea which was something else. Yes... more

I spent 6 nights here in December, whilst travelling on my own and I really felt that this was the best place in the area. Everyone is really friendly and the place itself is really pretty - it has a lovely slightly elevated location at the end of the beautiful beach, which means that you get a great view from... more

We were led to this property by the reviews on Trip Advisor. For us this place was everthing those other reviews have offered - probably more. The couple who own the resort have been in the business along time and their attention to the detail of providing a complete and happy holiday experience for their guests is transparent. It was... more

Basically, we arrived off the boat, it was dark and rainy. We were only going to stay for 3 nights but ended up staying 7. Cookies, named after their dog, is set on a small headland at the end of Salat Bay on the North West side of Koh Phangan. The hotel has a wonderful position looking out over the... more

We stayed here with our family. We have to children 8 and 9 years. We had a great time. I think it is the best location on the Island. Much, much better than Haad Rin. For sure with Children. Great people aswell. Very kind to children and very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a bungalow. That is ok. The... more

We stayed 8 nights and loved Cookies. We'd be happy to return - as would all the people we spoke to there. While it's not perfect in every way, any flaws are more than balanced out by the friendly and helpful owner and staff, the nice vibe, and a location which is lovely for a chilled-out holiday with some swimming,... more
