We stayed here one night in a big deluxe room with a street view. Free wifi. Complimentary fruit (dragonfriut and two bananas) were put in our room. Handy to the waterfront tourist area and the night markets. Good breakfast, good selection of western and asian. Nice chicken pho. No complaints.

The hotel is in good location but the whole ambience is generally one of uneasiness. There is definitely a dubious massage parlour on the 3rd floor. we stayed one night at this hotel as part of a cycle tour, the rooms were good standard and the breakfast was based on continental rather than local produce which if you are not a fan of noodles for breakfast was great. Staff very friendly and helpful bit noisy due to location but good base

Stopped there for 1 night on a 21 days tour of Vietnam. Great location however quite noisy has the hotel is located at a very busy location. Breakfast buffet was ok but dinner facilities was less than average. Room very clean.

Don't confuse this hotel with the original Ninh Kieu, located on the waterfront. #2 is sited about 2 blocks inland, an easy walk to the promenade. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
