I've spent a couple of days in Prahova Plaza Hotel and I had a great experience there. The staff was very polite, the rooms were clean and the food was amazing. +1 for the good free internet connection available in the room and in the lobby.

4 stars hotel 40 km from Bucarest. Very clean, gentle people at the reception, nice rooms, silence. The price can be "discussed" at the reception, and they can mantain it for long time. Nice bar, good restaurante, convention with another good restaurant. Wonderful breakfast.

For business purpose, this hotel is convenient. Inside a big industrial city close to Bucharest, the hotel shuttle can pick you up from the airport to Ploiesti (30 minutes, 40km). But tehe hotel by itself need to be renew a bit. Good point, the price in regard of quality is good.

A very good hotel. Comfortable rooms with very good friendly service. Breakfast is good. Watch out for the very talkative parrot in the bar? The location is very good - central Ploeisti? Don't try to fit too many into the elevators - very small!
