Standard and deluxe rooms look nice but they are not so clean. mattresses is thin but owerall a god place to stay for a night or two, and it was a reasonable price. Nice and friendly staff. Food is just okey, nothing to brag about.

Standard and deluxe rooms look nice but they are not worth the money: old and thin mattresses and the air is smelly and moldy. For this performance it is way over-priced. so we went next door to Universal Beach Hotel and got a standard room at reasonable price. At very reasonable price.

We spent there three nights. Stuff was strange like "not for customers". Rooms are big but very dark. Location is the best in the city on the beautiful beach and restaurant is serving the best sea food on the beach. Also avocado chicken salad is GREAT there !!!

Bog standard hotel, basic restaurant, for the same money you can have so much more down at SunBeach Hotel. Hotel is right on the beach, rooms are basic with mozzy net's, staff were nice. Most of Hikkaduwa is noisy so where posible stay up high and face the beach!
