Siyanco is in a good location. The food is probably the best of a very limited choice in Polonnaruwa. The newer rooms are the only ones we would recommend. The pool is very nice but it's surrounds need lots of work. The waiting staff in the restaurant were delightful. Front desk initially not as obliging.

If you are traveling to central Sri Lanka, Polonnaruwa is the most convenient place to stay (since Anuradhapura does not have many hotels).
