This is basically the only choice in Safita or decently close to the "Crack des Chevaliers", and this is probably the only reason to visit this hotel. The room was large, comfortable, and even featured a patio to look out over the countryside. We arrived with a booking only to be told no rooms were available. The receptionist was totally dismissive. "The problem is at your end not ours" was the response. So we did not get to look at the rest of the hotel which didn't look too bad from the reception!!

Unmotivated stuff in a rundown hotel which needs urgently an update. Poor food.
