It is located near to the Itashao Shuttle Boat pier in Sun Moon Lake which is very convenient for us to take the boat ride. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and tidy. Shops are just nearby which you do not have to worry about food. Overall a pleasant experience.

The hotel is dated, must have been here for a long time. It is quite clean. Bathroom amenities are basic. Can't flush toilet paper down. The staff were very friendly and willing to give good recommendations about where to go and eat. The room was spacious with a spectacular view of the Sun Moon Lake. Breakfast selection was limited but adequate. You also had the lakeview in the breakfast room. Good to start your day!
