I agree that i'm not sure why this hotel has such a good rating. We had a double room with our own bathroom. The sheets were dirty and I could see bed bugs on the sheets, ok they weren't alive as they'd been through the wash but still very off putting. The duvet provided was horrible and looked very unclean....
