I am happy to notice the improvements the owners and management have made. My previous remarks were taken seriously whereby few meetings took place, notes were seriously taken down and an action plan had been implemented. Overall the property should be able to provide its guests a good experience and the owners made this possible.

Stayed here for a couple of days last month, exceeded expectations! Rooms were clean and cosy, staff was friendly. I needed a sewing kit and a particular medicine. It was delivered to my room promptly, definitely staying here again.
