Stay was arranged by travel agent. Had no idea whether it will be as good as advertised. Exceeded my expectations. Hotel is located just out side of Mysore city. Definitely not a 5 star despite whatever efforts they might put in to portray it as one. “Excellent New Property”

This is a nice new 5 star property not very far from the major tourist attractions. We stayed there for a Night and Everything was quite good. “Nice Hotel”

The hotel was nice but I was frustrated that there was an additional charge for internet. The staff was friendly. The food was good, nothing special, but it was pricey. The charges for drivers seem to depend upon who was at the desk and that got quite annoying. Overall it was an ok experience and we would stay there again.

“Excellent place to stay”

This is new hotel in city. Rooms are very good in reasonable price. Decoration is beautiful. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.The buffet are superb. Lots of variety in very reasonable price. We enjoyed stay there.

“Pleasant stay”

Good location, but difficult to locate for someone new to mysore. Some signboards would have been useful. Neat and well maintained rooms. Buffet breakfast was superb. All major attractions of Mysore could be easily accessed. Wi fi is not complimentary

“Good hotel with quality service and effficiency”

Fortune JP Palace is very well located, close to all the attractions (mysore zoo, mysore palace, etc). The rooms are decent and what would one expect from the ITC Group of hotels mid-range category. The staff was helpful and efficient. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a very wide selection.
