Was absolutely disappointed in the service received. Needed an extra towel in the room. Called room service. The person who delivered must have walked through rain or something. “Great location ..feels royal”

Great place to stay if you are in Mysore. This is right on top of the Brindavan garden ..The room was nice with a great view to the dam and the famous garden but the Bath room needs work..Food at the hotel needs improvement. But the bar in the 1st floor has great ambiance..

“Really has to get it's act together”

I wouldn't have written a review for this hotel except for the awesome evening view onto the Brindavan Gardens from my room and the romantic four poster. Having stayed at the Royal Orchid's Metropole just two days earlier, I had high expectations but sadly, service is severely lacking. Will not stay here again if I have a choice.

“Excellent stay !”

It was just a night stay, travelling from Bangalore to Coorg, but very memorable. Nice location & view from my room (205) was fantastic. Away from city, staying inside one of the best gardens of the country was amazing. Would definitely go back n stay for 2 /3 nights for sure :)

“A great weekend recharge”

The hotel location is especially tranquil and serene, overlooking the gardens with nice evening breeze. Rooms are fitted out nicely and cosy, especially the bed and lounge chair. “Not worth the Money”

We stayed there for 1 day & night. Room is okay, but service is very poor. Bathroom towels were too old and rough. Called house keeping service for tea supplies in the evening, but didn't get them till morning.
