Very good service. Always with a smile. The staff will do anything you need. Food is good. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Laundry service is excellent. Some things are a bit pricey but generally not overly so for westerners. It's a long drive to south Mumbai but it is near the airport. I will be staying at the trident again... More

“Excellent Hotel - Your first choice in BKC”

Nice Clean Rooms, Well equipped Gym and Spa (Try Baleniese Massage), Friendly Staff. They allowed me early check in at 10:00 am that solved my biggest problem. Perfect Hotel if you have work in/around BKC

“Great location for business”

Trident BKC is a great convienient location when arriving or doing business in Mumbai. Nice rooms, fast Internet and good resturents make it perfect. The 15 min drive from domestic airport make things really easy too. Pool and fitness center are also a nice perk.

This is a surprisingly good hotel. Only a few years old, it's free of that musty smell so many Indian hotels seem unable to banish. Rooms are reasonably sized, though not huge, and well laid out. Stayed for three nights on the executive floor.This hotel has maintained it's standards.The rooms are very good and the whole place has a sense of freshness around it.Food is also very good.Try the cheesecake..... “Business Hotel You are Looking for”

I had a short business meeting and conference in this hotel. It's a modern hotel, very helpful staffs, close to airport and shopping place (Phoenix) and in a new business district. The lamb biryani at the Maya Restaurant in this hotel is worth to try.
