This hotel has service staff searching a little to much for tips in my opinion but it's location and security along with a more than adequate breakfast option and instant access to all things Colaba makes it right on for the short stay traveler to this part of Mumbai.

Stayed one night in Suite with Wife and mother. Excellent location, Roof top bar and restaurant are next door but not a problem. Nice evening views from the Roof Bar. We spend there three nights at October 2011 and took a suite for family with four children. The hotel is good , not cheap, have western standards ( AC , Bath, Soap, Shampoo etc.) Breakfast was ok. The Location is great both quite but two minutes walk from Colba and five minutes from the sea.

The location is extremely good. Right bang on you would like to stay in Mumbai. However, the quality of service is not up to the mark. Going to another Hotel for taking food is somethjing few may not like. Overall, average.
