Went with my family, booked 2 rooms. The managers are roudy, the room service people seemed perverts and wont leave unless you tip them for their horrible service. Rooms are old but decently maintained. Used to be one of the better hotels in the city but that no longer seems to be the case. Service is average. Has a great vegetarian restaurant. Located in a good spot of the city with access to shopping, business areas. more

Reception staff did not smile, were not helpful, bathroom had an open window bringing in mosquitoes, AC was broken. Accommodation was in a block and away from main reception area which did not cater for tourists and only for locals. Night ambience looked OK as a wedding was on, and vegetarian food was tasty, but served on uncleaned tables. more
