We stayed here for 2 nights with family and had a spirited 2 year old traveling with us. The staff was most gracious to both her and us. The rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed free wifi and the meals in the hotel restaurant. It was conveniently located to the central Mall as well.

It was a cozy resort. Unfortunately most ofvthe time the tv was out of order. We wen mid of feb. Not many occupants. Most of the time our family 14 members only wil be thr for meal time. Food was good. Hotel cleanliness was good. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Surface impression: What a nicely furnished and warm room in cold Darjeeling ! Second view: a misconstructed shower. Excellent location, so. But, rather unfriendly and unwilling reception with either little English or full ignorance. Disgusting breakfast staff behaviour.
