I stayed in this hotel with my family. Staff was good and they were very courteous. But ambiance of the restaurant was not up to the mark. Food was good with lots of verities. Breakfast was complimentary and amazing. The receptionist was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. more

Ok prices for early in the week then the price doubled for later in the week. Nice 5 star hotel in the centre of Kolkata. Service is friendly. Food in the restaurants is also good. Has a disco inside the hotel. Rooms are comfortable. few minutes walking distance from AC market which is nice place for shopping. more

The HHI Kolkata claims to be a five-star property, but apart from the prices, nothing about the hotel points in this direction. The rooms are ancient, as are the carpets, and the entire hotel has a chillingly effective central air conditioning.
