people work for the guesthouse are very very nice and kind!! when I got sick, the owner helped me and I felt this is the one of my home in India!!! I am sure I come back this home next time too and highly recommend this guesthouse to everyone!!!

Harry and the staff are very friendly. The rooms were clean, there's hot/warm water running in the washroom, loved the environment. Hotel galaxy felt like my home in India. When I go back to Kolkata, I would stay here again over any other places on Sudder St!

This place is a real OASIS in Sudder Street. The rooms are clean, and the owner and his staff are always very attentive to their guests. The rates are quite low, which makes from this hotel the best value for the category in the Sudder Street area. Warmly recommended.
