Great staff, nice rooms. I really enjoyed the free reception which included a selection of cheese, wings and other finger foods. It also included beer and wine. There is a great walking trail next to the hotel. I would have given it 5 stars but it was a little pricey for a Hampton Inn.

A most pleasant stay in a very pleasant location. Trouble free. Very convenient to major highway and attractions. Would come back! Clean, quiet room on 5th floor. Restful sleep and nice selection of food for complimentary breakfast. Fast check in and checkout, very friendly service.

“You can't go wrong”

Great staff, they upgraded us to executive level because it was available at the same price as a lesser room type, we simply can't say anything but good for their property. Beautiful view of bay if you're on that side. Nice, nice, nice! Safe area of town too, plenty of nice restaurants close by too!

“Nice hotel”

Stayed here for a weekend golf trip. Very clean hotel, great views of Mobile bay, personal balconies and attentive, friendly staff. We used the meeting room to have a Kentucky Derby party. Would stay here again.

We have stayed at this particular hotel several times and have always found it clean and quiet with great service. It is close to shopping and dining establishments. Bay view patios are great for watching the seagulls. We would highly recommend it to anyone.

Staying in Hampton over a dozen times a year, this one is among the very best I have encountered. Absolutely flawless place to stay. People working there are wonderful, thoughtful, helpful and appear very happy with their jobs.

The staff was extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast was great, and overall the hotel stay was good. My room was upgraded to a bay view. The room was nice, very comfortably bed. I've stayed in nicer, but this was all I needed.
