“A delightful reprive on a long motor trip.”

This hotel is a gift for any visitor. An adjacent Pub, Simp McGhee, recommended by the Hotel, provided excellent cuisine with a southern atmosphere. The breakfast provided by the Hotel was complete with an excellent choice of good quality items.

“Think "The Shining" hotel”

Hotel is very old at the end of a poorly lit street. Enjoy the trains screeching by until 11pm. You'll get a break until 3am when they resume. Rooms are huge and bed is comfortable. “Beautiful Hotel, Great Location.”

I stayed at this hotel this past weekend, Great place to stay in wonderful location in the historic area for Downtown Decatur. Staff was wonderful, rooms were very spacious, and the breakfast was delicious(not your average continental breakfast). I would def come back and stay again.
