I've stayed here many times on my way to Gatlinburg. I always arrive late at night and the room is always ready. Hotel is located very close to the interstate. Free Breakfast and the showers are good and HOT!

Great location right off the interstate - very clean and new rooms - we stayed in a suite and we're very impressed with the size of the room. A truly great hotel at a very good value - highly recommended.

The location of the hotel is within walking distance to a Cracker Barrel and easy access to I-59, but sits back away from all the traffic. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Marriott has successfully upgraded their Fairfield Inn brand to make it the best value in its class. This particular Fairfield Inn is par for the course.

Quick overnight stay on our way back east. Great location - although immediately off the highway it is far enough away you won't be hearing any road noise. I tend to shy away from Fairfield Inns based on past experiences and a seemingly lower tier value vs. Hampton Inns. However, this property is as good as it gets. My experience was excellent in every way. If all Fairfield Inns were like this, I would be a frequent guest.
