Hotel has very limited dishes..........food is good...........area is not so close to the beach................rooms are good...………Hotel staff are friendly.......comes at a very cheap price...........

We stayed here during 1st june to 4 th june 2013 in room no. 7. Experience was very good. Rooms and toilets were clean . Staff is very supportive . Will definately like to stay here again after few months.

Being close to a village it was a new experience staying here. The food was well cooked. My room was good value for money. The workers were friendly and I got this room for a cheap price within my budget. Good value for money. I met other backpackers here. Would recommend it.

We stayed in AVD for 4 nights during May 2013. It was great pleasure to stay there. Rooms were clean. Very serene place. Staff was good and co-operative. All excellent North Goa beaches are in proximity to this hotel. You have to hire either bike or car and go to these places. These can be arranged by Hotel staff. Food... More

Lovely place.... well maintained rooms... not to miss a mention of the price at which you get all this... you get everything at a throw away price... The only draw back being the location and the lack of appropriate parking space .... But thats negligible... Its secure in Goa!! Good hospitality... Good food!!

When we arrived we were proposed a room on the first floor without ventilation in the bathroom. The air was very bad so we asked to change the room. They changed to room after request on the next morning. The new room was good: the bed was clean, bathroom with hot water, telephone in the room with a small veranda.... More
