Relatively new budget hotel with all basic neccesarities. Bed and pillows are quite comfortable, sleeping condition is all right for short stay but not fantastic. Service wise, worse of the worst. Reception people are very rude, unhelpful and comment some awful stuff in Malay, thinking we don't understand! Never stay here again!

The room smelt unfresh, carpet looked old and somewhat dirty. Thankfully towels seemed clean enough. Traffic and cooking noises very loud at the corner room. The toilet layout was a bit inconvenient.
